Delivery & Shipping


We currently only accept orders from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei.

Processing & Packing Time

  • A confirmation order email will be sent to your registered email address when the order has been successfully processed.
  • Ready stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 
  • A tracking and shipping email will be sent once the order has been dispatched for delivery.
  • New launches and sales periods may give rise to delays in processing time due to the surge in sales.

 Shipping Within Malaysia

  • Domestic Shipping: Flat rate RM6  (Free shipping for orders ≥ RM100)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-10 business days (depending on location)
  • Comes with Tracking Number
  • All orders within Peninsular Malaysia will be shipped using Ninja Van. For any issues that arise during delivery, please contact Ninja Van customer service https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/contact-us 
  • All orders posted to Sabah and Sarawak will be shipped using Pos Malaysia. For any issues that arise during delivery, please contact Pos Malaysia's customer service centre at 1-300-300-300

Shipping Within Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei)

  • Southeast Asia Shipping: Flat rate RM18
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-14 business days (depending on location)
  • Comes with Tracking Number

Delays or Lost Parcel

Once the Shipping Confirmation is emailed to you, your parcels are under the responsibility of our third party couriers and we shall not be responsible for any delays or lost parcel in post if proof of postage is provided.

Bounced Parcel

If your parcel is bounced, we will contact you via email. The cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will not be liable for lost parcel due to incomplete or wrong address. We will only bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. 

Custom and Duty Charges

Deliveries to countries outside of Malaysia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we do not have any control over these charges, we are not able to cover them for you. In the event that the tax is not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by customs department which will be out of our control.
